Serbisc maintains a business partnership with Trato+. Whether composing a marketing platform for massive insurances, or as an authorized distributor in Panama and Central America of our products.

It is a young company formed by a team of executives with over 15 years experience in consulting, advisory and marketing of products in the area of ​​insurance. Having its headquarters in Panama City, there are strong business relationships developed in Panama and Venezuela.

It provides advice to both insurance companies, such as retail and service companies (eg. banks, supermarkets, telephone sector, etc.), for joint and coordinated structure of a model of marketing of insurance products. Its consulting process includes aspects such as advising on the creation of insurance products; in a shared manner, and the review of business plans for the massive marketing of insurances.

 

Our story began in 2001 in Venezuela, when Zurich Seguros invited us to submit a proposal for a solution with the purpose of providing insurances to customers of financial institutions, and meeting the needs of the market; thus we created BancaSeguros.

In 2007, with the growth of the Venezuelan market, and with a consolidated experience in the Mass Consumer Market, Zurich Seguros proposed us a new challenge, the creation of a more solid technology platform in order to increase its stake in the insurance market, with products and services that were beyond the banking channels. We began a process of transformation and growth of our solution by centralizing the business of Consumer Mass around the customer; giving rise to the eInsurance.

yasudaOur story began in late 2012 in Brazil, when Yasuda Seguros invited us to present a proposal for solution, in order to provide its allies and brokers an online tool for marketing of collective and group life insurances, meeting this need; thus emerges the eGroupLife.

In early 2013, through a partnership with Provider IT, we implemented the first phase of this project; and today its use is a reality in the transformation of processes and in the growth of Yasuda sales, in this market segment.
